Pre and Postnatal Training
As a personal trainer who has helped many prenatal and postnatal moms it is a joy to help. I help my clients stay active and exercise safely while pregnant; get back to your pre-pregnancy shape after giving birth. My program following guidelines set by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
My first step with clients is to understand their physical and mental state. This helps me design a customized fitness program that is safe, effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals. By training together, labor and birth are a more positive experience for Moms and their partners.
