Elevate; Mommy and Me Classes
Mommy and Me classes is for moms with or without their babies.
Ava trains moms privately, and she sees the tremendous pressure most moms have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. There are lots of new challenges that come with becoming a mother. Most of the time taking care of the child or children is not the only role moms have to fill, and most of them have no time to recharge and take care of themselves.
With this class, Ava would like to offer an opportunity for moms to recharge, rejuvenate, and get centered. The class works on correcting bad posture that develops while breastfeeding or holding a baby, and it helps to release tension in the upper and lower back. The 40 minute light, full body workout continues with a 15 minutes long relaxation.
There’s a saying: “Happy wife, happy life.” Ava says it somewhat differently: “When mom is happy, everyone is much happier.”
Ava would like to offer a safe and comfortable environment for moms with or without their babies to move, recharge, relax, and re-center. The class is BYOBaby, non-crawling/non-walking.
