Ava trains moms privately, and she sees the tremendous pressure most moms have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. There are lots of new challenges that come with becoming a mother.
Ava created “Elevate”- full body workout with relaxation- to help clients connect to themselves and their bodies, correct bad posture, release tension and stress, and relax. Life seems to move faster, and we’re feeling more overwhelmed.
Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It was first taught to the public in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan. It uses breath, mantras, mudras, rhythmic movements, and relaxation to stimulate the nervous system, the mind to create a balanced mind, body and soul.
Ava was one of the first trainers to schedule the first Athleta events right after the store opened at the Hoboken location. She was very excited about the opportunity to share her passion with the community.
Ava has been part of the Prime Cycle family since September 2015. After Ava moved to Hoboken, New Jersey, she was looking for an opportunity to work as an instructor in a local studio.
Ava was part of an aqua team, as an aquacycling instructor, for close to two years. After a year away from the water, she realized how much she missed teaching there. She is now back but only with sub classes.
