Recently, I gave a workshop on posture, a topic I love. Most people have terrible posture today because most of them sit all day long in front of a computer, in their cars, or in front of the TV, or they spend most of the day looking down at their smartphones or tablets.
Those New Year’s Resolutions…
Lots of people have New Year’s resolutions to lose weight, start a workout program, become healthier or have other desires to achieve in the new year.
I have a very active lifestyle. I love and need stimulation all the time. I love learning, growing, trying new things and expanding myself to unknown dimensions. I recently found a new addition to my repertoire: Aqua-cycling.
“I don’t have time to……”- is just the worst excuse there is.
Still, that is one of the most common story I hear from people when they try to justify why they are not training.
